Pick up and Drop off
Pickup and Drop off is at 8-10am and 5-7pm Mon-Sat. We are closed Sunday's.
A full day's stay is 24hours from drop off and to avoid an extra days charge, pets must be picked up again according to whether they were dropped off in the morning or evening.
For example, just like staying at a hotel, Buddy is dropped off between 8-10am, Buddy stays with us for 1 day, Buddy must be picked up between 8-10am the following day. If Buddy cannot be picked up between 8-10am and needs to be picked up between 5-7pm that day, Buddy will be charged another full day's stay.
Vaccinations
All dogs must be up to date on Rabies and DHPP vaccinations (Distemper, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza and Hepatitis). Proof must be uploaded or emailed before hand or brought in at check-in.

All cats must be up to date on Rabies and FVRCP vaccinations (Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus and Panleukopenia). Proof must be uploaded or emailed before hand or brought in at check-in.

If your dog or cat is not up to date unfortunately we cannot take your pet in with us.
Cancellations
NON-HOLIDAY & SLOW SEASON
​​Wag It requires a 24 hour notice for any cancellations regarding your pet's stay. We reserve the right to charge one full day's stay according to the suite type chosen without a 24hour notice of cancellation or no show.
​Changes to the reserved stay may be made last minute if capacity and non schedule conflicts permit.

​HOLIDAY & PEAK SEASON
​Family Day weekend, March Break, Easter weekend, Victoria Day weekend, Summer season (June 15-September 15), Labour Day weekend, Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas break (December 15-January 15).
​Wag It requires a minimum of 7 days notice for any cancellations regarding your pets stay. We reserve the right to charge 50% of your pets booked stay for any late cancellations or no shows. New clients will receive a reminder through email or phone 1-2 weeks before their scheduled booking and are required to confirm their booking within 24hours or will be subjected to forfeit their booking. Payments can be made through over the phone credit card or E-transfer. Any outstanding fees must be paid before Wag It will accept any future bookings.
​Changes to the reserved stay may be made last minute if capacity and non schedule conflicts permit. Wag It cannot guarantee changes as we are often at capacity and have rooms booked back to back during holidays & peak season. Please give as much advance notice possible if changes need to be made to the reservation.
Intact Males
Intact males are always welcome to book a stay with us and will be treated with the same love and attention. Intact males however, will not be able to participate in group play. We understand this can be confusing as some intact males wouldn't hurt a fly. Conflicts can arise in neutered and spayed pets towards intact males. We will always put safety first and unfortunately intact males are either the bullied or the bully. Dogs are not like little kids and these truths matter and can prevent serious injury to our guests!
Puppies
Puppies are always welcome to book a stay with us and it is encouraged to get them used to boarding. Puppies must have their Rabies shot as well as the completed set of DHPP shots to visit. This is typically around 6months old. Puppies younger than this are too little to visit as they have weakened immune systems, need time and training solely with their owners and are not capable of holding their urine for stretches of time yet.
Grooming
Grooming may be added when booking a stay with us. Grooming is subjective to Abigail's availability. If you would like to book at the time of your dogs stay with us, click - . Grooming cost's would be added to the total of your dog's stay.

We do not groom cats at either Wag It. Grooming is closed on Sunday's. Due to the high demand for grooming services, we do not offer appointments and we require a minimum 3 day stay for any baths/ nail trims and a minimum 7 day stay for any hair cutting. Grooming is only as an add on to a vacation stay. Please book in advance as much as possible or at the time of booking online. Last minute/ holiday/ weekend appointments may not always be available. We reserve the right to refuse a groom or cancel a groom at any time for any reason.
